This page outlines how we ship, how long orders take, and how returns work.

1. Shipping Information

1.1 Processing Time

Most orders are processed within:

  • 2–4 business days for regular items

  • 3–7 business days for custom-printed items

Handcrafted and bespoke pieces may take slightly longer. Processing times do not include shipping time.

1.2 Shipping Times

Standard delivery times:

  • USA: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are beyond our control, but we will assist where possible.

1.3 Tracking

All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number automatically once your order ships.

1.4 Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Verify address

  • Contact the carrier

If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

2. Returns
2.1 Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

2.2 Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Not custom-printed

2.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items
  • Personalized/custom products

  • Digital products

  • Clearance/final sale items

  3. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
